Teknoloji Holding has started its investments in online games of chance sector and İnteltek Inc. (known as İddaa) was established.
In 2001, Teknoloji Holding has participated in an important tender by taking Turkcell, one of the leading GSM operators in Turkey, and Intralot, a company operating in Greece, by its side.
With 20 percent partnership of Teknoloji Holding; 25 percent partnership of Intralot-specialized in integrated game systems, game design, development, operation and support, and 55 percent partnership of Turktel-a Turkcell subsidiary, Inteltek Inc. was established.
Inteltek has won the tender held by the Spor Toto Organization Directorate and started its operations in 2002, by launching the İddaa game. Thus, the foundations of the project, which would achieve one of the greatest successes in the field of private equity in Turkey, were laid.
