Turkey’s first electronic game of chance platform
Bilyoner, of which Hitay is one of the founders, is Turkey’s first legal online sports game of chance platform. With the agreements signed with Spor Toto Organization Presidency in 2004 and General Directorate of National Lottery in 2006, it has become the first platform to have the right to play Spor Toto and National Lottery games.
Bilyoner, which provides services through its mobile applications and website, has over 4,5 million members.
